Christian Munoz
Chief Executive Officer
Christian Munoz’s leadership in multi-family construction is a family tradition. The values he learned from his father—that quality construction comes from strong American values and technical expertise—form the foundation of ICM Construction’s high-performing work culture.
Starting as a foreman, Christian has outperformed and outworked his industry peers to get where he is today, but his attention to detail and humility make him an excellent, hands-on CEO.
Christian brings more than 20 years of experience in construction to ICM. He is a loving father of two, a pee-wee football coach, and a board member of the youth non-profit, Dream Team Sports.
Ramiro Cantu
Vice President & Managing Partner
With over 18 years of experience in multi-family construction and renovation, Ramiro Cantu is a seasoned team leader focused on building strong relationships with clients. Open and productive communication is critical to success, and Ramiro, an Army veteran, knows how to make it happen.
Ramiro is an avid outdoorsman, a strong patriot, and a father of three children.
Stephanie Munoz
Chief Operating Officer
Stephanie Munoz is a problem-solver. Her skills with people and organizations keep ICM focused on the big picture: maintaining low project costs and delivering high-quality service and outcomes for clients.
Stephanie is a wife and mother of two and manages Dream Team Sports, a youth non-profit organization focused on fitness and health through pee wee football.
Alex Renova
Senior Project Manager
Alex Renova is a builder and learner at heart, and as ICM’s on-site contact with clients, his passion for the details keeps our teams operating at peak efficiency. Alex believes that construction is an evolving field, and new technology, tools, and safety requirements should evolve to meet the needs of the client.
Alex brings a decade of interior and exterior remodeling to the team. He is a dedicated father of four and enjoys reading in his free time.
Ivan Arias
Senior Superintendent
Ivan Arias knows the value of hard work. Starting his career as a carpenter, Ivan transitioned to exterior remodeling with a focus on materials acquisition, logistics, and labor management. His leadership style is simple and direct, he’s earned the respect and trust of every man on our construction crew.
Ivan enjoys all that comes with life in the country, from fishing to hiking.
Galilea Cazares
Project Coordinator
As a dedicated project coordinator, Galilea Cazares is passionate about efficiency and due diligence. That’s why ICM has trusted Galilea with project documentation and accounting across projects. She’s a highly-effective and valued member of our leadership team.
Galilea is interested in criminology and enjoys family, travel, and fitness.
